My Recommendations! Fall Season 2015!

Hi everyone! It’s been a while..I finally have a chance to do what I want to do instead of being busy all the time. I have few reviews planned, including a light novel review, few interesting manga titles and anime series that recently caught my attention.

If I were to put it into words, there’d be a lot of comedy, ecchi and action with one comedy/parody combo! So that’s something I am looking forward to, and hope you are too!

Alright, so the Fall season is just around the corner, with many shows starting right next week! I certainly am hyped for quite a few of them, and I heard quite good things about many others. I’ll try to pick the shows that I feel you should check out mixed with my “personal favourites” from this season that I am most looking forward to. So, let’s start off with recommendations for Fall Season of 2015!

Rakudai Kishi

Rakudai Kishi no Eiyuutan

Studio : Silver Link

Broadcast Starts : October 3rd 2015

TAG : Action, Fantasy, Romance, School

The “school sword action” story revolves around Magic Knights, modern magic-users who fight with weapons converted from their souls. Ikki Kurogane goes to a school for these Magic Knights, but he is the “Failed Knight” or “Worst One” who is failing because he has no magical skills. However, one day, he is challenged to a duel by Stella, a foreign princess and the “Number One” student. In this duel, “the loser must be obedient for life.”

This is the show I will be recommending for days to come, unless it gets screwed up pretty badly, though the chances are slim. Coming from the studio that brought you Fate/ Kaleid Liner Prisma Ilya, a Tale of Worst One shapes up to be one of the favourites this season. You can check out the manga, or the light novel it’s based upon to see why I think that. The main dude is a badass in a way you would never expect him, and the romance isn’t there just because.

One Punch-Man

Studio : MadHouse

Broadcast Starts : October 5th  2015

TAG : Action, Comedy, Sci-Fi, Seinen, Super Power, Supernatural

The story revolves around the titular super hero who has trained so hard that his hair has fallen out, and who can overcome any enemy with one punch. However, because he is so strong, he has become bored and frustrated with winning all his battles so easily.

Every season comes anime that generates immense amount of hype and awe. This time, it’s One Punch-Man. The first episode was leaked into the internet, and those who checked it out were really amazed. It’s based on a apparently very good source material. I have seen first few chapters back in the day, and I didn’t quite feel it, but I know why people like it. It’s different, and has some of the more impressive artworks I’ve seen. As such, unless MadHouse screws this one up completely, you’re in for a ride if you decide to watch it. And you should.

Concrete Revolutio

Concrete Revolutio : Choujin Gensou

Studio : Bones

Broadcast Starts : October 4th 2015

The stage is set in “another Japan” as a banquet of diverse superhumans unfolds…
In an imaginary “age of gods” about 20 years after the war, Japan has grown and developed by leaps and bounds. What if all the superhumans ever written about in fictional stories existed at the same time? Superhumans who came into existence through different circumstances, and who are special in different ways — Titans from outer space, lifeforms from a mystical world, phantoms and goblins from ancient times, cyborgs created by scientists, relics that rose out of the ruins of ancient civilizations, and the list goes on. One segment of these superhumans makes no secret of their existence and has gained popularity in society. Others cloak their identities and fight in secrecy.
There are enemies of superhumans as well, organizations that operate in the shadows.
The Japanese government has taken many measures to secure peace and order.
One is the establishment of an organization under the Ministry of Health and Welfare — the Overpopulation Research Laboratory, a.k.a. the Superhuman Bureau.
Their mission is to identify and approach suerhumans, then oversee and safeguard them. One member of the Superhuman Bureau, Jiro Hitoyoshi, is protagonist of this series.

WELL…After such a long-ass synopsis, what should you expect from this series? Well…anything really. Seeing as studio Bones delivered quite a few good series, this one may just be the next big thing. Underdog, of some sorts. It’s packed with literally everything you can dream of, so I doubt you will be bored. I was thinking of writing a little bit more, to match the oh-so-long synopsis, but hey, they explained what’s about way better than I could ever hope for without copy-pasting it again, so there you go!

Sakurako San

Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru

Studio : TROYCA

Broadcast Starts : October 8th 2015

TAG : Mystery

The series revolves around Shoutarou Tatewaki and Sakurako Kujyou. Shoutarou is a normal high school student with a serious demeanor who likes to show off his girlfriend Sakurako. Sakurako is an extraordinarily beautiful woman in her mid-20s from a rich family who loves “beautiful bones.” The two live in the city of Asahikawa in Hokkaido, and they get involved in various incidents regarding bones

This is the mystery series that’s been missing for quite some time in recent seasons. It shapes up to be really good thing, considering the source material is very good. The theme of the series has something to do with the bones. Not just any bones – beautiful bones. The mystery factor is what makes this thing interesting and mysteries made around bones are not your usual type. All in all, I would definitely give this series a shot if you are in desperate need of something unique, something that’s probably never been done before.

Utawarerumono: Itsuwari no Kamen

Studio : White Fox

Broadcast Starts : October 4th 2015

TAG : Action, Drama, Fantasy, Sci-Fi

When I came to, I realized I was standing in the middle of a vast, snowy plain I knew nothing of. I didn’t know how I got there. And to add to that, I couldn’t remember anything, not even my name. I stood there, dumbfounded at my absurd situation. But then, as if to spite me further, a gigantic monster suddenly appeared, an insect-like creature that began to bear down on me. I tried desperately to run, but it cornered me into a hopeless situation. It was then that the girl appeared. Her name was Kuon. It was this beautiful girl, who bore an animal’s ears and tail, who saved my life.

This series is a big random factor. The premise seems interesting enough, especially considering it has a tag of Sci-Fi. Honestly, I have no idea what to expect. It was done by the same studio who brought you Akame ga Kill, Hataraku Maou-sama and Steins;Gate. Think for yourself if that hooks you in. I have no idea how it’s going to turn out, but my best guess is that it’s not going to be mediocre. Either bad, or good, no middle ground.

And that’s it from me this time! Watch out for a lot of reviews in forseeable future! Also, if at all possible, leave a comment about a series you think should be mentioned here, or with a feedback. I’d really appreciate it, and it’d help me grow and become better at what I do! Thanks for reading, and see you guys soon!

Hi everyone! It’s me again, this time throwing some random piece of information right in your face because..well..I can!
Now, it’s nothing that I planned for a while. but one thing led to another, and I won’t be able to post any reviews until the mid to late September. Some stuff came up, and I have no way of avoiding it. RIP ME I guess?

Luffy isn’t amazed by that bullshit.

On another note, I could potentially do something different. Although, not sure how that would work out. If I figure something out, I’ll post it ASAP, as of now, I will be having a break, forced, but a break nonetheless.
